21.1.0.0 ENH Critical: An issue in accrual hierarchy where an incorrect pending absence balance was shown in accrual hierarchy detail has been fixed. Now, if the accrual has no accrual year, the system retrieves all pending absences, including those before the request date. If the accrual has an associated accrual year, the system only retrieves pending absence within the current accrual year. OPS-24502

21.18.0.0 CORR Fixed an issue with accrual hierarchy validation: Previously, when creating a sick absence with an accrual hierarchy, the system did not check the accrual balances properly and allowed negative values. This issue has been fixed and the system now displays an error message when the selected person has insufficient accruals for the absence type. OPS-28390
21.25.0.0 CORR An issue in the Accruals Generation screen where accrual generation could not be performed because of an employee status change was addressed. Now, an error message appears in the log identifying the employee and states that the employee's accrual balance will need to be manually adjusted. OPS-28977

21.36.0.0 CORR An issue where the overlapping accrual years resulted in the accrual year value defined as 0 was fixed. Now, if there is only one accrual year, when creating absences that year is automatically populated. If the absence date is included in two accrual years, then the accrual year is defined as N/A and the user must select the correct year. When creating an accrual year a warning message now appears if the dates overlap with an existing accrual year. OPS-30790
