Description: Defines a set of eligibility rules that apply to a group of clients

| SecGroupName | Security group name assigned to the administration unit for workstation user security. |
| GroupAdmUnit | Numeric identifier of a group of administration units that logically group units together. |
| ObjectType | Hard-coded string value that identifies the object type used by the Object ID (Empty (null) or Client). |
| ObjectId | Object identifier determined by the ObjectType (e.g., ClientID, SubscriptionId, RegisteredUserId). |
| ConditionCodes | Eligibility condition codes (from the EligConditions table). |
| RollOutFields | Table field names that will be propagated to child clients under the administration unit group when changes are made. |
| CCSecGroup | Call center security group assigned to the administration unit. |
