| ActivityId | Numeric identifier of the certification activity (from the CertificationActivityType table). |
| TableCode | Code that indicates what table (activity) that the activity is recorded in (e.g., C = Clients table, R = Requests table). |
| ResultCode | Numeric identifier of the certification result or outcome that the letter pertains to (from the CertificationResults table). |
| Letter | Name of the file used for the letter. Usually a Crystal report. |
| LetterText | Comments about the letter. Not part of the actual letter. |
