Description: Main passenger table containing all related and cross-referencing information.

ClientId Unique, numeric identifier of the client.
ClientCode Alphanumeric code attached to a client.
LastName Last name of the client.
FirstName First name of the client.
FirstNameAbbr Abbreviation of the client's first name.
LastNameAbbr Abbreviation of the client's last name.
MiddleName Middle name of the client.
Gender Gender of the client.
DateOfBirth Birth date of the client.
Title Title for the client (e.g., Mr, Mrs, Ms.).
SSN Social security number of the client.
Para Flag that indicates the client is a Para passenger type.
Flex Flag that indicates the client is a Flex passenger type.
Fixed Flag that indicates the client is a Fixed passenger type.
RideSh Flag that indicates the client can share a ride with other clients.
Disability List of disability types (from the DisabilityTypes table).
PrefSpaceType Space type preferred by the client.
PrefNumSpaces Number of spaces preferred by the client.
PreferredLanguage Language preferred by the client (from the ActiveLanguages table).
LoadTime Time in seconds required to load the client onto a vehicle.
UnloadTime Time in seconds required to unload the client from a vehicle.
ModBy User who last modified the record.
ModTime Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight.
ModDate Date the record was last modified.
CreBy User who created the record.
CreTime Time client record was created. Value is in seconds from midnight.
CreDate Date the client record was created.
Comments Comments about the record.
PrivateComment Comments about the client that can be viewed by certain users only.
MonthlyIncome Monthly income of the client.
AdaCode ADA code of the client (from the ADA Types table).
FareTypeId Numeric identifier of the fare type for the client (from the FareTypes table).
FundingSourceId1 Numeric identifier of the first default funding source for the client (from the FundingSources table).
FundingSourceId2 Numeric identifier of the second default funding source for the client (from the FundingSources table).
FundingSourceId3 Numeric identifier of the third default funding source for the client (from the FundingSources table).
MobAids List of codes for the client's required mobility aids (from the MobilityAids table).
EligFromDate Start date from which the client is eligible for services.
EligToDate End date after which the client is no longer eligible for services.
SuspFromDate Start date from which the client is/was suspended.
SuspToDate End date after which the client is no longer suspended.
PermCond Flag that indicates the client's condition is permanent.
Visitor Flag that indicates the client is a visitor.
LostCard Date the client lost his or her card (e.g., registration card).
ApplicationReceived Date the client's application for services was received.
ApplicationReviewed Date of the client's last eligibility review.
Certify Indicates the certification status associated with the client.
CertifyDate Date the client was certified for services.
CertifyComment Comments about the client's certification.
MailDate Date the most recent notification regarding a client's certification was printed.
AppealComment Comments about the appeal by the client.

Medicare Medicare ID for the registered passenger.

ProviderId Numeric identifier of the default provider for the client (from the Providers table).

PictureFile Filename that contains a picture of the client.

MedicaidToDate End date after which the client's Medicaid account is no longer valid.
CallClient Flag that indicates the client should be called by the IVR system.
LastTripDate Date of the client's last trip.
CumCancel Total number of trips cancelled by the client.
CumLateCancel Total number of trips cancelled late by the client.
CumNoShow Total number of no shows by the client.
CumTrips Total number of trips taken by the client.
Bed Flag that indicates that the client will be picked up for the trip from his or her bed.
Curb Flag that indicates the client will be picked up for the trip at the curb.
Door Flag that indicates the client will be picked up for the trip at the door.
FundingSourceId4 Numeric identifier of the fourth default funding source for the client (from FundingSources) table.
FundingSourceId5 Numeric identifier of the fifth default funding source for the client (from FundingSources) table.
InActive Flag that indicates that the client is currently inactive.
Alert Flag that indicates the client has alerts.
WaitOnTransfer Flag that indicates that the client can wait for a transfer.
MiddName Middle name of the client.
TitleId Numeric identifier of the title for the client (from the Titles table).
ExemptParaServiceArea Flag that indicates if the client is exempt from a paraservice area. Set in the Clients screen on the Detail tab.
IVRAlternateCallbackPhone Phone number used to call the client for IVR notifications (if not the home number).
IVRCallBackClient Flag that indicates the client should be called using the IVR system.
IVRSendReminderPreviousDay Flag that indicates the client should be called using the IVR system on the day before the scheduled trip.
IVRSendReminderSameDay Flag that indicates the client should be called using the IVR system on the day of the scheduled trip.
NAPISId NAPIS account ID number of the client.
NAPISCertifyDate Date the client's NAPIS account was created and certified.
EthnicityId Numeric identification of the ethnicity of the client (from the Ethnicity table).
NHouseHold Number of people in the client's household.
AnnualIncome Annual income of the client.
LowIncome Flag that indicates the client qualifies as low income.
NAPISEligibility NAPIS eligibility status of the client (0 = Age, 1 = Spouse of Eligible, 2 = 18-59 Disabled, 3 = Disabled living in Sr. Housing, 4 = Not eligible). Set in the Clients screen on the NAPIS tab.

EmergencyContact Name of the person to be contacted if there is an emergency with the client.
EmergencyPhone Phone number to call if there is an emergency with the client.
NAPISCode NAPIS identification number of the client.
EmergencyContactRel Relationship of the emergency contact to the client (e.g., brother).
AdmUnitId Deprecated.
WorkerId Numeric identifier of the certification case worker.
DefaultExclGroup Default exclusive group (e.g., T = passenger will have their own vehicle for the trip, F = passenger may share rides).
FirstUseDate Date the client first booked a trip.

IVRSendUpdateSameDay Flag that indicates the client should be updated with trip information using the IVR system on the day of the scheduled trip.
ClientInActiveStatusId Inactive status type of the client. Populated only if client is inactive (from the ClientInActiveStatusTypes table).
PassType Default passenger type for the client (from the PassType table).
DefaultAddress Default address of the client.
NotAppealId Appeal ID number of the client's appeal.
NotLetterId Notification letter ID number sent to the client.
NotLabelId Notification label ID number of the client.
NotAltTypes List of alternate notification types for the client (e.g., the letter is in a language other than the client's preferred language).
NotInfoReq Internal use only (used in CERT Batch Processing).

ProvisionalFromDate Most current from date for the suspension of service of a client (PASS-SUS).
ProvisionalToDate Most current to date for the suspension of service of a client (PASS-SUS).
SmartCardId Smart card ID number for the client.
SmartCardTypeId Smart card type ID number for the client (from the SmartCardTypes table).
SmartCardExpiry Date the smart card owned by the client expires.
SmartCardStatusId Numeric identifier of the smart card status type (from the StatusTypes table).
Lockout Flag that indicates the client is locked out because the maximum number of allowable attempts has been exceeded.
FailedLoginAttempts Number of times the client has tried to log in and failed.
LanguageId Numeric identifier of the language preferred by the client to use to communicate with the client (from the ActiveLanguages table).
CustomerProfileId Customer profile ID.
CustomerPaymentProfileId Customer payment profile ID.
AnniversaryDate Used for CERT; specifies the annual date that a client must re-certify.
RfidNumber Radio frequency ID (RFID) number of in a client's card sent over the air to MDTs to identify a client.
revisionId Used by TCC to ensure data integrity when client trips and records are updated at various partner sites.
ExpirationString Unique string made up of a date, time, and a randomly generated key for securing the reset password functionality.
FileGroupId Used for storing client documents.
StudentEligFromDate Start date of client's student eligibility period (used for purchasing student passes). (Set in the Clients screen on the Certification tab.)
