Description: Definition of activities attached to a polygon, area that a provider contract will not support.

| PCCId | Numeric identifier of the provider contract cost. |
| PCCNum | Numeric identifier of the provider contract cost under each PCCId. |
| Activity | Event activity (e.g., pickup, dropoff, pullout, pullin, break etc.) used to accociate a cost with a single activity. Not associated with travel time or distance from previous or next event (use the ProviderTripCost table instead). |
| PolyId | If polygon-based cost is used, then the numeric identifier of the polygon that the acitvity is in (from the Polygons table in MmsMap.dbd). |
