Whats New in This Edition

COM SQL v19 standard reports includes some enhancements. Items with a * were introduced (partly or in whole) in a maintenance release of version 18.

Support for COM 64-bit standard v19 Crystal reports has been added.
The Report Launcher can now display multiple reports. With a report open, a new tab is now displayed when users open a report for another feedback record.
An option, Excel (Data Only) has been added to the Export parameters of the COM Customer Service standard report. If selected, the report data is exported into an Excel spreadsheet, which users can modify according to their report requirements.*
A parameter, Group By has been added to the COM Roll Up standard report. If the No Group option is selected, the data is added in the A to Z Feedback subtype list. If the Report Group option is selected, the data is sorted by Report Group, and then added to the list.*
A new parameter, Roll Up Divisions, has been added to the COM Top 10 Feedback Subtypes standard report. If selected, the data of the selected divisions are aggregated depending on the other selected parameters, for example, by Reporting Group.*
The following changes have been made for COM SQL reports security:
- New security key: Reports/SQL Reports/Customize Grid - If granted, users are allowed to customize the grid of a SQL report.
- The following security keys have been moved:
  - Edit SQL Report Query is now under Reports/SQL Reports/Edit SQL Report Query. Previously, it was under Trapeze4/General Tools.
  - Change Report Setting is now under Reports/Change Report Setting. Previously, it was under Trapeze4/General Tools.
  The following query: UpdateSecurityKeys_SQL.sql for SQL or UpdateSecurityKeys_Oracle.sql for Oracle must be run to update the security keys in the database. The files can be found in the Modules\Extra\Data\Common folder in your build directory. They must be run if you are upgrading your Trapeze6 build from previous versions to this and later releases.*
