List of Remarks Fields
The following fields are displayed in the List of Remarks grid.
| Remarks | Description |

| Options | Allows you to perform various actions on the selected remark. |
| ID | The unique identifier for the remark. |
| Status | Indicates the state of the remark. If the remark is Active, then it is played by the IVR system. If the remark is Inactive, it is not played. |
| Application | The application for which the remarks is applicable. The list of applications depends on your site’s configuration. |
| Remark Group | Indicates the type of remark which determines where in the call flow, the remark is played. |
| Language | The language in which the remark is played. |
| Message Text | The text of the message delivered by the TTS Engine. The text must be written in the selected language. |
| Speech File | The recorded wav file that is played instead of using the TTS Engine to speak the text. |
