List of Remarks Fields

The following fields are displayed in the List of Remarks grid.

Remarks Description
Options Allows you to perform various actions on the selected remark.
ID The unique identifier for the remark.
Status Indicates the state of the remark. If the remark is Active, then it is played by the IVR system. If the remark is Inactive, it is not played.
Application The application for which the remarks is applicable. The list of applications depends on your site’s configuration.
Remark Group Indicates the type of remark which determines where in the call flow, the remark is played.
Language The language in which the remark is played.
Message Text The text of the message delivered by the TTS Engine. The text must be written in the selected language.
Speech File The recorded wav file that is played instead of using the TTS Engine to speak the text.
