FX Query Fields

The following table describes the function of the FX Query fields for the COM Representative screen.

When you type a query, the FX-related fields are automatically filled in with FX data. In some cases, however, you may need to select an option in a drop-down list.

Signup

Sign-up period when the incident occurred. Select a sign-up period from the drop-down list.

Route Route relevant to the feedback.
Note: If you choose a sign-up period, route, route direction, stop, and time, the block and/or run is auto-populated.
Run Run relevant to the feedback. Select the run from the drop-down list in the Run field.

Run Details

Details concerning the selected run.
Route Direction Direction of the selected route. After you choose the sign-up period and route, choose the direction of the selected route (for example, eastbound).
Route Details Name of the selected route. You can also type additional details concerning the route in this field.
Block

Block number is generated when a sign-up period, route, route direction, stop, and scheduled time are selected. It is also generated from the Investigation Tool.

Block Name Block name is generated with the block number if the data is loaded from an external system.
Stop Id

Stop at which the feedback incident occurred. The drop-down list shows all stops associated with the selected route and route direction.

Stop Detail Name of the stop (for example, FRANCIS AVE. @ ST. GERMAIN ST). This is displayed once a stop ID is selected. (When the Line Id field is cleared, this field is also cleared.)
Sch Time Scheduled times for a specific stop. After you choose a sign-up period, route, route direction, and stop, the Scheduled Time drop-down list shows all scheduled times. Double-click the appropriate time.

Line Id

Abbreviated name of the line at which the feedback incident occurred. The line information is sorted by Line abbreviation. (The Stop Detail field is associated with this field.)
Line

Full name of the line that is regularly traveled by fixed route vehicles, for example, University/Downtown.

Line Direction Direction of the line where the incident occurred.

Direction

Direction of the line (for example, Northbound, InBound). This is used if the data is loaded from an external system.
Service Group Id Service group associated with the incident.
