If your transit site also uses Trapeze FX, PASS, and/or OPS, use the Investigation Tool to retrieve additional data from the databases used by these applications. The Investigation Tool can be accessed from both the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens.

Look in the Investigator Log field to see the user, search method used, time, and date that the activity was performed. The Investigator Log field can be displayed in both the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens.
