About the Investigation Tool for Fixed Route
The Investigation Tool helps you refine the search for the appropriate employee involved in an incident using filters for Fixed Route data.
The available filters are:
- Incident Date
- Incident Time
- Employee Detail
- Vehicle Number
- Car Number: This applies to trains with multiple cars. Feedback is from customers who report on the car number where an incident may have occurred.
- ServiceGroupId
- DivisionId
- LineAbbr
- DirectionName
- BlockNum
- Stop Detail: This is shown if you are using the TransitMaster system.
