Although input is generally received into the system through the COM Representative screen, you can enter a new feedback entry in the COM Investigator screen.

Cancelling Feedback in COM Investigator Screen
You can cancel a new feedback or subject entry that has been initiated but not saved, on the screen toolbar.

While the record is active on your screen, click the Cancel button: Cancel button

The fields are cleared.
