When you create a feedback entry, an action record is simultaneously created.
Forwarding Actions
The complete resolution of one issue may require several actions or may need to be forwarded to other parties in the organization for further action.
Forwarding Vehicle Service Requests
You can forward vehicle service requests to the appropriate maintenance department if the subject of the feedback is regarding vehicle maintenance and your site also uses EAM products.

You can forward vehicle service requests to the appropriate maintenance department if the subject of the feedback is regarding vehicle maintenance and your site also uses EAM products.

For example, the subject pertains to the condition of the bus, as in "Bus was dirty".

Click the Vehicle Service Request button:

Following the example, the data is sent to the appropriate maintenance department to work on the request.
