About Communication Modes
The Communication Modes allow you to define the methods through which feedback may be received and sent in the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens.

| COM Representative Screen | Method Received by | Only the methods marked as InMode in the Communication Modes ancillary table are available to be selected. |
| Required Response Method | This refers to the communication method that the customer prefers. Only the methods marked as OutMode in the Communication Modes ancillary table are available to be selected. | |

Method Received By | The field is available in the Customer/Feedback tab where the details of the feedback are recorded. In the Context dialog, you can also use Com. Mode as a filter. |
