About the Components of the COM Representative Screen

The following graphic shows a sample COM Representative screen. The fields shown may be different from those in your workstation. Your transit site requirements determine the fields and tabs included in the screen.

The COM Representative screen is comprised of several sheets or tabs. Fields are grouped in each sheet according to function or type. The graphic shows an example of how the COM Representative screen may be set up.

You can add, remove, or move fields up or down in each sheet. Before you begin receiving and entering customer feedback, review your current set up and customize the screen to suit the needs of your site.
