You can use the COM Representative screen to view the records that are entered and saved during the current session.

You can use the COM Representative screen to view the records that are entered and saved during the current session.

When you close COM, the records are saved in the database. You must use the Look up Customer feature to access those records and any others created in previous sessions or by others users. You cannot access functions related to the action data in the COM Representative screen.

To move through the series of customer records you entered during the current session, on the screen toolbar:
- Click the Next button:
- Click the Previous button:
If there are several subjects in the COM Investigator screen, click the following buttons to move through the subjects in the grid:.
