Adding Stop Clusters

If you have a series of bus stops that are geographically located close to one another, it may make sense to put them together in a stop cluster.

Open the Transfer Wizard and select the agency and sign-up period for which you want to add a stop cluster..
  1. Open the Stop Clusters tab.
  2. Click Add Cluster.
  3. In the Cluster Abbr field, type an appropriate abbreviation for the new cluster.
  4. In the Cluster Name field, type an appropriate name for the new cluster.
  5. Optional: In the Agency Id field, type the code for the selected agency.
An ID is generated in the Cluster Id field. This is read-only.
  6. Click Add Stop.
The Stop to Add field is displayed.
  7. Type the Stop abbreviation of the stop you want or click the ellipsis button and select the stop you want from the drop-down list.
  8. Click Save.
The new stop cluster is added to the top grid.

To view the stop clusters that were most recently generated during your current session, click Refresh. This applies if you were on the Stop Clusters tab viewing stop clusters of a sign-up period, opened the Automatic tab to generate a set of stop clusters for another sign-up period, and returned to the Stop Clusters tab.
