Deleting Large Amounts of Transfer Data
For large amounts of transfer data to be deleted, use the Tools tab.
- Open the Tools tab.
-
On the Actions pane, select any of the following options as
appropriate:
- Delete Transfers - If selected, the From Selected Lines and To Selected Lines check boxes are shown below the list of Actions. They are selected by default. If you clear either of these check boxes, the transfers from all the selected lines are deleted.
- Delete Transfer with Orphaned Stops - Removes transfers on stops that have been removed from the database.
- Delete Transfer with Orphaned Lines - Removes transfers on lines that have been removed from the database.
- Delete Transfers with Internal Lines - Removes transfers on lines that are no longer considered as internal in the current sign-up period.
- Delete Unnecessary Transfers (Distance Wise) - Removes unnecessary transfers. The stop that exists for both the From and To line should be used as the transfer point.
If you select any of the last 4 options, the number of records that will be affected in the InfoTransfers table is shown.
- In the Line Context pane, select the lines from which you want to delete transfers. Alternatively, to select all lines, click All.
-
Click Execute.
If you select similar Delete and Disable options, a warning advises you of the conflicting action. You are prompted to choose between deleting or disabling the transfers.
