Updating Apps from Workspaces

When reports have been edited or new reports are created, you can update published apps to give content access to power users and consumers.

If you perform an app update, the new version will overwrite any changes to app reports and dashboards.
  1. Open the workspace for the app.
  2. Update your dashboards and reports.
    Removing a report affects all power users and consumers. If they have added comments or applied bookmarks, this information will be lost. (Removing and readding a report has the same result.)
  3. If needed, update any app settings (Setup, Navigation, or Permissions).
  4. Select Update app.
