MDT Center Pop-up Does Not Appear

Condition

User is not getting the MDT Center pop-up.

Cause

A property is incorrectly set.

Remedy

Procedure

  1. In the Trapeze4 Workstation, click Tools > Mdt Centre.
  2. Click Centre > Properties.
  3. Click PopUp Mode is On Upon Start.
  4. Set the property to Yes.
