Trip is Not Performed

Condition

A trip was completed but not marked as performed in the system.

Cause

The driver forgot to perform an event.

Remedy

Procedure

  1. Click the Run Itinerary button:

    Schedule Editor's Run Itinerary view appears.
  2. Select the trip that was not performed.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Mark > Perform.
    • Click the Mark As Performed button:

    The Set Time dialog box appears.
  4. Type the Actual time the trip was performed.
  5. Click OK.
    The dispatcher manually performs the trip for the driver and the trip Stat column is marked P.
