Trips are Not Available to the Driver
Condition
There are no trips on a driver's mobile computer.
Cause
Is the vehicle assigned to a run? Are the trips selected as Unsent?
Remedy
Procedure
- Log the driver on/off from the MDT Center.
- Have the driver log off/on.
- Select the trips as Unsent again.
- Have the driver move a block away, as the vehicle might be sitting in a dead zone.
- Check that the MDT ID is set correctly in the Trapeze Vehicles screen (found in the Trapeze4 Workstation under ).
