Wrong Trips Show on the MDT

Condition

The wrong trips or extra trips are showing on the MDT.

Cause

The vehicle is not properly assigned.

Remedy

Procedure

  • Check that the correct vehicle is assigned to the run.
  • Check that the vehicle is not assigned to more than one run.
  • Check that the run was not unassigned.
