Color Setting Properties

User-defined Schedule Editor properties let you assign colors to different features. For example, client alerts and frozen runs.

Activity Background Color Highlights an activity (for example, break, DO, PU, driver relief, lunch, Ordered Wait, Out of Service, Pull-in, Pull-out, Refuel, or Stop) in a specific color in Schedule Editor and Dispatch.
Activity Map Color Specifies the color that identifies each activity (for example, break, drop-off, pick-up, driver relief, lunch, Out of Service, pull-in, pull-out, Refuel, or Stop) on the map.
Client Alert Highlights a client name in a specific color in Schedule Editor and Trip Booking.

Set this property and select the Alert check box on the Detail tab in Client Registration (Task > Clients).

Dead Heads View Specifies the colors for the foreground (text) and background of the Run Name column, the Non-Sch Time cells, and the Sch Time cells in Dead Head view in Schedule Editor.
Frozen Event Color Specifies the color for events that are frozen.
Frozen Run Color Specifies the color for runs that are frozen.
Locked Booking Color Specifies the color to highlight locked events in Trip Administration and Schedule Editor.

The system does not include locked bookings in a batch schedule.

Run Graphic View Colors
Specifies what colors to use for Run Graphical View in Schedule Editor:
Break Time Color
The break time.
DH Time Color
The time between pull out and pick-up.
Slack Time Color
The slack times at the beginning and end of the run.
Transport Time Color
The time there is one or more passengers on the vehicle.
Run In Planning Mode Color Specifies the color for runs that are currently in planning mode.
Run Info View Specifies the colors for the foreground and background of the Non-Sch (Scheduled) Time cells, Sch Time Run cells, and the Run and Selected Run columns in the Runs view in Schedule Editor.
Schedule Status Color Specifies the color of each schedule status (for example, Scheduled, Unscheduled, Advance Cancellation, Arrived, Missed Trip, No Show, or User Error Cancel).

The color assigned is used to highlight the schedule status of a trip in Trip Administration, Schedule Editor, and Dispatch.

Slack Time View Specifies the colors for the foreground and background of the Non-Sch (Scheduled) Time and Sch Time Run cells, and the Run and Selected Run columns in Slack Time view in Schedule Editor.
Zebra Color
Specifies whether to enable zebra mode and its colors:
Enable Zebra
Enables the grid in Schedule Editor to automatically appear in zebra mode whenever it is opened.
Select No to display Schedule Editor in normal mode. If you select No, activate zebra mode using the Switch ON/OFF Zebra Mode button:
Three crayons: one red, one green, and one blue.
Even Rows Color
Select the color you want and click OK.
Odd Rows Color
Select the color you want and click OK.
