Copying User-Defined Properties

System administrators can copy user-defined settings to multiple user accounts.

Before you begin

User-defined property settings must be defined for the account from which the settings are being copied.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Copy Properties.
    The Copy Properties dialog box appears.
  2. Select the user From whom to copy user-defined property settings.
  3. In the Copy To field, select the users to whom you want to copy the user-specific property settings.
    To define multiple users, press the CTRL or SHIFT key while selecting users.
  4. Click OK.
