Creating View Layouts for Monitoring

To show data in different configurations, new View layouts can be created.

Before you begin

Vehicles Monitor or History Replay must be open and the user must be granted the Core > Component Layout > Customize security permission.

Typically, new layouts are created by a system administrator.

Procedure

  1. Click the New button:
    Plus sign in a circle.
    A new layout appears.
  2. Type and name and Description for the layout.
  3. Use the available layout buttons to define and populate the layout Views.
  4. Click the Save button:
    Diskette.
