View Trips Filter Options
Various filtering options are available when you are viewing unscheduled trips.

| By Schedule Status Code | Display trips that have the selected status code. |
| Unscheduled | Shows unscheduled trips. |
| Scheduled | Shows scheduled trips. |
| Canceled | Shows canceled trips. |
| By Booking Subtype | Shows trips that have the selected booking subtype. |
| Transfer | Shows trips designated as Transfer trips. |
| SBY | Shows trips designated in Trip Booking as Standby trips. |
| WCL | Shows trips designated as Will Call trips. |
| DEN | Shows trips designated as Denied trips. |
| ELD, REF | Shows trips designated with the status Eligibility Denial and Refusal. |
| Other Sub T | Shows trips of all other booking subtypes. For example, DEM, REG. |
| Order By |
Shows trips in the sort order defined. Select one or more of the following options:
If all options are selected, trips are sorted first by client name, and then by map page, prev. run, provider, and finally by time. |
| Time Range |
Displays trips that take place during the specified time range. To specify the time range for displaying trips in any schedule other than the current day’s live schedule, type the time range in the From and To fields. For example, 6:00 and 17:00. To specify the time range for displaying trips in the current day’s live schedule, in the Early Time field, type the number of hours before the current time for which you want to view trips. In the Late Time field, type the number of hours after the current time for which you want to view trips. This time range is applied whenever the current day’s live schedule data is refreshed in Schedule Editor. |
| Paraservice | Shows trips assigned to specific paraservice types. In the list, click the paraservice types you want. |
| Location | Shows trips with a pick-up and/or drop-off at a specific
location. Clicking the PU/DO (pick-ups and drop-offs) button changes the command to PU (pick-ups only), DO (drop-offs only), and then back to PU/DO. Type the location in the field (for example, YMCA). The system searches for a location that matches your entry. If there is more than one match, choose the correct location. |
