Switching Sign-Up Periods

Use the Schedule Administrator to switch Production sign-up periods.

About this task

An expiring Production sign-up period should be changed to the subsequent Production sign-up period on the day the subsequent Production sign-up period begins but before the Schedule Server loads the Production sign-up period. See the PASS System Administrator Guide for more information.

Procedure

1. Open the Schedule Administrator (SAdm41.exe located in the Trapeze\Bin folder).
2. From the Options menu, choose Schedule Types.
3. For a given schedule, select the subsequent Production sign-up period from the DefSignUp list.
4. Click Close.
