Adding Event Comments from Dispatch Center

The system records different user and system activities in a log.

Before you begin

Dispatch Center must be open.

About this task

You can add comments to log activities and review user activities.

Browse Tracker Action and Insert Tracker Action tools can be accessed from most screens in the Trapeze4 Workstation, including Trip Administration, Schedule Editor, and Dispatch (from the Incidents tab).

Procedure

  1. Select the event or trip.
  2. Click the Insert Tracker Action button:

  3. Click the Browse Tracker Action button:
