Marking Trips as Arrived in Dispatch Center
When a vehicle arrives at an event location but has not yet performed the task (for example, no passenger has boarded or alighted, the break has not been taken), mark the event as Arrived.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Click the Options tab and make sure the correct schedule is selected and use other viewing options where necessary.
- Optional:
In the Incidents Dispatch grid, use the search filters to narrow
down the list of events.
In the Send list, click Unsent to view only events that have not been marked as sent.
- Click Refresh.
- Select the event.

Do one of the following:
- Right-click and click Arrive.
- Click the Arrive button:

In the Set Time dialog box, the Actual field shows the current system time. -
Do one of the following:
To Do this Use the estimated time as the actual arrive time Click Estimated. Use the current time as the actual arrive time Click Current. Use a new time as the actual arrive time Type the actual time over the provided time. - Optional: To mark all events preceding this event on the run as performed, select the Perform Previous check box.

Click OK.
The Set Time dialog box closes.
The Stat column shows A to indicate that it has been marked as Arrived. The Est column in the Incidents Dispatch grid is updated with the actual time. The estimated times for all events on the same run following this event may be adjusted as well.

To view the itinerary of the run in Schedule Editor, click the Run
