Dispatch Center properties are found in File > Properties, on the Dispatch Center tab.
Table 1. Description of Dispatch Center Properties
Property Description
Disable Question Mark Mouse Specifies whether to display a standard mouse pointer instead of a question mark when users select a screen toolbar button.

When set to No, the question mark pointer is activated in Dispatch Center.

Incidents Tab Time Range Specifies the values defined in the Range fields in the Incidents Dispatch grid.

The default setting is 1h00. For example, if this is set to 1h00, and if the current time is 9:37, the Range fields show all events from 9:37 to 10:37.

Refresh Interval: Incidents Specifies the time interval at which the Incidents Dispatch grid is updated to show the current information.

For example, if you type 30, the system refreshes the grid every 30 seconds.

Refresh Interval: Message Center Specifies the time interval (in seconds) at which the MDT Notifications grid is updated to show current information.
Refresh Interval: Performance Status Specifies the time interval (in seconds) at which the Violations Notifications grid is updated to show current information.
Refresh Interval UnSchedule Booking Specifies the time interval (in seconds) at which the Unscheduled Trips grid is updated to show current information.
Voice mark PU and DO Specifies whether users can dispatch an incident by voice and mark both the pick-up and drop-off at the same time. As a result, users need not mark the drop-off as a single incident.

When an add-on or cancellation is given to a driver, the system must be told that the information was given out. This process is called Marking as sent.
