Client Registration Search Filters
The Select tab provides search filters to help you locate specific clients in Client Registration.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| By Name | Search for clients with particular names. In the By Name field, type all or part of the client’s surname. Matching records are shown in the grid. |

Note: Alternatively, click the Find
button. |
| Not Geocoded | Search for clients whose addresses are not geocoded in the system. |
| New Items | Search for clients who have been added to the database during the current
session. Note: This command applies to only the current user and session. Closing
the screen ends the session. |
| Show Active only | Search only for active clients. Note: To view all clients (active and
inactive), clear this check box. |
| Address Type | Search for clients using a particular address type. For example, Client Home (CH). |
