Accessing Map Features

You can access Map features through the Map menu and the main toolbar.

Before you begin

The system map must be open.

The menu options and buttons allow you to define which map layers are visible and to customize the layers as they appear on screen and in print.

Do one of the following:

Click the Map menu on the menu bar and click an available option. For example, Layer Control.
Right-click on the map and click an available option. For example, Street Labels.
(The shortcut menu provides the same options as the Map menu.)
Use the toolbar buttons, for example, the Zoom In button.
Some of the options available in the menus are also on the toolbar.
