Columns Available in Schedules View

Schedules columns are shown in the Schedules view.

Schedule Editor shows a lot of information. Depending on your needs, you may want to show, hide, or rearrange columns shown in each view.

Column Description
Type Refers to the type of schedule (Live, Template, or Training).
Date Schedule date.

Live (or Training) schedules typically have specific dates associated with them. Template schedules do not have specific dates but rather a particular day of the week associated with them.

WeekDay Day of the week for the schedule.
Events Number of events in the schedule, including pull-outs, pull-ins, pick-ups, and drop-offs.
Runs Number of runs activated in the scheduled day.
SchID Schedule ID number that was automatically generated by the system.
State Schedule state: Active or Closed.

The following states may also be visible (pulled from Schedule Administrator): Unknown, Activating New, Activating, Active, Active Locked, Closed.

Pass.Count Total number of passengers currently scheduled to runs for the schedule day.
Trip Count Number of trips scheduled to runs for the schedule day.
Run Time Total amount of time estimated for all scheduled trips to be performed on the schedule.

The run time includes the duration of time between a pull-out to the first trip as well as the time between the last trip to a pull-in on a run.

Revenue Run Time Total amount of time for revenue (that is, pick-up and drop-off) events scheduled to runs within the schedule.
Run Distance Total distance to be traveled by all runs for the schedule day.
Note: This distance is calculated using the format (for example, kilometers) selected in File > Properties, on the Formats tab, under Distance.
Revenue Run Distance Total distance for all revenue (that is, pick-up and drop-off) events scheduled to runs for the schedule day.
Run Slack Time Total amount of slack time between all runs for the schedule day.

Load on Demand

LD is used if in Tools > System Property, on the Profile tab, Scheduling Server > Load Schedules on Demand is set to Yes.

Click the Loaded/Unloaded Schedules button in Schedule Editor toolbar to toggle between showing or hiding unloaded schedules:
Open box with different-colored squares in it.
Speed Factor Speed factor used for the day. For example, if there is a snowstorm or rainstorm, the speed can be reduced.

To use this speed factor, in the row for the schedule to be updated, deleted the value in the Speed column and type a number between 1 and 100.

The ability to edit Speed Factor is controlled by the Trapeze6 security permission found under Trapeze4 > Schedule Editor > Edit Speed Factor.
