Logging On to Rapid Response

Rapid Response requires that you use a web browser to log on to the system.

Procedure

  1. In a web browser, go to the Rapid Response website.

    The address might be saved in the browser favorites, or a shortcut to Rapid Response might exist on the Desktop. If not, type the website address in the following format:

    http://<IP address>:<port number>

    An example of an IP address and port number is: http://172.16.2.151:25

    Alternatively, if you have set up a domain name for the website address, type the URL.

    The Login and Password fields appear.
  2. Type your Login and Password in their respective fields.
  3. Click Login.
