About Managing Ancillary Data

Ancillary data is typically user-defined.

This allows as much site-specific information as possible to be selectable when managing and responding to incidents.

The following General and Rapid Response ancillary data can be managed in TRR:
Device Types
The communication methods used for an incident.

For example: Phone, Fax, Email.

Contact Device Types
The communication devices that are used to contact Shelters

For example: Home Phone, Business Phone, Fax, Cell Phone, Email Address.

Contact Types
The types of incidents for Contact Device Types.

For example: Main, Emergency, Alternate

Status Types
Status types. Currently these are used for Shelters.

For example: Open or Closed.

Incident Types
Emergency events that require clients to be evacuated and transported to a shelter.
Labor Types
Jobs and roles to be performed during an incident, including pay and overtime pay.
Material Types
Materials that may be used during an incident and their costs.
Home Safeties
Conditions and requirements that must be met before a client is allowed to be transported home.
