About Managing Ancillary Data
Ancillary data is typically user-defined.
This allows as much site-specific information as possible to be selectable when managing and responding to incidents.
The following General and Rapid Response ancillary data can be managed in TRR:
- Device Types
- The communication methods used for an incident.
For example: Phone, Fax, Email.
- Contact Device Types
- The communication devices that are used to contact Shelters
For example: Home Phone, Business Phone, Fax, Cell Phone, Email Address.
- Contact Types
- The types of incidents for Contact Device Types.
For example: Main, Emergency, Alternate
- Status Types
- Status types. Currently these are used for Shelters.
For example: Open or Closed.
- Incident Types
- Emergency events that require clients to be evacuated and transported to a shelter.
- Labor Types
- Jobs and roles to be performed during an incident, including pay and overtime pay.
- Material Types
- Materials that may be used during an incident and their costs.
- Home Safeties
- Conditions and requirements that must be met before a client is allowed to be transported home.
