Exporting Grid Data

Information shown in Trip Broker grids can be exported in .csv or .xls format.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to and show in the Trips pane or the Details pane the grid information to be downloaded.
  2. Right-click in the grid and click Export Grid Data.
    Note: There is also an Export option. Export requires Crystal Reports run times be installed and a .rpt file be available. Contact Customer Care for assistance with this feature.
    The Export dialog box appears.
  3. Click a Format:
    • CSV
    • Excel
  4. Click the type of Data to be exported:
    • All
    • Selected
  5. Select Localize.
    Using the localize option formats column names and values to user-specific settings. Typically, these are applied to dates and numbers. For example, Dec. 1st 2018 might be exported instead of the original value of 20181201.
  6. Click OK.

What to do next

If the document is opened in Microsoft Excel and a The file format and extension of 'file name' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway? message appears, click Yes.
