Refreshing Trip Broker

Trip Broker reads live information and should be updated frequently.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

About this task

Trip Broker can be manually or automatically refreshed.

Procedure

Do one of the following:
  • To manually refresh the screen, click the Refresh button on the right side of the screen:
    Two arrows forming a circle.
  • To enable the screen to automatically refresh itself, select the Auto Refresh start button on the right side of the screen:

  • To disable the screen from automatically refreshing itself, select the Auto Refresh stop button on the right side of the screen:

Trip Broker does not refresh automatically unless Auto Refresh is selected. If multiple users are working in the system at the same time, click Refresh often to ensure that you are seeing the most current information.
The auto-refresh rate is set by a system administrator using the following context property: PASS > Trip Broker > Refresh Period
