Creating User Groups

You can create the user groups using the Users and Security screen.

Ope the BSM portal.
  1. Click Settings > Users and Security.
    The Users and Security screen appears.
  2. On the toolbar, click the New button: New button
    A shortcut menu appears.
  3. Click the New Group button.
    The Add Group pane appears on the right section of the screen.
  4. In the Group Name field, enter a name for the group.
  5. Click the Create button.
    The Users and Security screen appears with the General tab open by default.

  6. Fill in the following fields as required:
    • Email Address
    • Description
  7. Click the Save button: Save button.
