Exiting the System

It is very important that you exit the system properly. Failure to do so could lead to the corruption of the database.

The power button should never be switched Off until you have exited the system.
  1. Click Window > Close All.
    It is a good idea to close all open screens before you log out. The workspace loads more quickly next time you log in.
  2. Click File > Exit.

    Alternatively, click Close (X) on the title bar:

    A message box appears asking if you want to exit.

  3. Click Yes.
