Importing Runs from FX to BlockBuster

If you used the FX Runcutter feature, you may want to import the runs generated into BlockBuster for further processing.

Use the Import feature only when using BlockBuster for the first time.
  1. Click BlockBuster > Import/Export Runsor click the Import/Export Runs button: Import/Export button

     The Import/Export dialog appears.

  2. Click Import from Trapeze4.
  3. Optional: To keep the runs that have already been cut in the current scenario and to add blocks or partial blocks that have uncut pieces in the scenario from which you are importing, select the Append check box.
    If there are runs that have the same number in both scenarios, the system merges them when the Append feature is applied.
  4. Click OK.

If the blocks have been cut using the FX Runcutting feature, the runs appear in the Cut grid (left section) of the Runs screen. If there are blocks that have not been cut, they appear in the Uncut grid (right section) of the Runs screen.

If a Bid division has been saved in a scenario, it is also shown with the imported runs in a new scenario that has the same service and sign-up period.

Note: To import from another scenario, perform a similar procedure. In step 2, leave the Import From Another Scenario option selected.
