Exporting Workspaces

You can export a workspace on your machine to the network so that others at your site can see how your workspace is set up or use it themselves.

In addition, if you call Trapeze Customer Care (1-877-411-8727) regarding a BlockBuster problem, you may be asked to export your workspace and e-mail it to them. This way, your Trapeze representative can see Trapeze5 as you see it and would be in a better position to guide you through steps you may need to perform.
  1. Click File > Workspace or press CTRL+W on the keyboard. The Workspace dialog appears.
  2. Select the workspace.
  3. Click Export.
    The Save As dialog appears.
  4. In the File Name field, type the name of the workspace.
    The file extension for workspace file names is tws.
  5. In the Save In field, browse to the folder where you want to store the workspace. Make sure you do not save it on your local drive since others may not be able to access it.
