Importing Workspaces
If you have an issue with BlockBuster, Trapeze Customer Care may send you a workspace file and ask you to import it on to your machine to ensure that you are both looking at the same layout while they help you.

Click or press CTRL+W.
The Workspace dialog appears.

Click Import.
The Open dialog appears.
- In the Look In field, browse to the folder in which the file was exported. (You must ask the person who exported it for the correct location.)

Select the workspace file you want to import.
The name of the file appears in the File name field.
- Click Open.
The imported workspace does not appear in the list in the Workspaces dialog. This is because Trapeze5 only opens the file from where it is stored in the network.
