Archiving Scenarios

From time to time, you may find it necessary to clean up your scenario list. In BlockBuster Web, the scenarios are not deleted immediately. They are archived first. You can choose to purge them later.

  1. On the Run Scenarios screen, select the scenario you want to delete.
  2. On the screen footer, click Archive:
    Note: If you select more than one scenario, the Archive button will be the only button shown on the footer.

    If you selected the active scenario, a message reminds you to designate another scenario as active first since active scenarios cannot be archived. Click Yes and select another scenario as the active scenario.

    Select the scenario you want to delete again and click the Archive button again.
