Copying From Another Sign-up Period or Service Group

You can copy existing node to node records from another sign-up period or service group.

  1. On the Node to Node tab, click Trip Building > Copy or click the Copy button: Copy Button
    The Copy Node to Node dialog box appears. The Copy from other Signup/Service Group option and the Copy: Times, Traces, and Distances check boxes are selected by default.
  2. In the From Signup list, select the appropriate sign-up period.
  3. To select from a service different from the current service, select an option in the From Service drop-down list
  4. Optional: Clear any of the Copy check boxes that you do not need.
  5. Click Copy.
  6. Optional: If the system finds duplicates, a message appears stating that a number of nodes already exist and asking if you want to overwrite them. Click Yes.
    All the records from the selected service are copied to your current service.
  7. Click Close.
