Exporting Stop and Graph Data

After you have generated a graph for one or more trips, you can transfer the numeric and graphical data into another application—such as a word processor or spreadsheet program—for viewing, editing, and printing.

  1. On the Ridership Analysis screen, select the Graph tab.
  2. To copy the data, perform either one of the following steps:
    • Click Ridership > Copy to Clipboard.
    • Right-click the graph and select Copy to Clipboard from the shortcut menu.
  3. Open the application into which you want to paste the data.
  4. Perform either one of the following steps:

    • To paste the results as text data, click Edit > Paste.

    • To paste the results as a graph, click Edit > Paste Special, and then select whether to paste it as a picture or as a bitmap (bmp).
      Note: The method for pasting data into another application may vary depending on the application you are using.
