About Troubleshooting Display Options

The following section explains some possible issues that you may encounter when viewing data on the Ridership Analysis screen.

Total and Average Values Shown for Multiple Checks

If one check has been performed, the check data appears for the trip. However, if there are multiple checks, the time difference, dwell time/load/board, alight, runtime, and headway values are shown as a Total value, Average by incident/Absolute time difference value, or Average by number of checks/Relative time difference value.

No Data Appears

If the data you chose does not appear on the Ridership Analysis screen, the check data may not have been entered for the trip or trips. You can view check data only for trips that have been checked. (Yes is shown in the Chk column.)

No Stop Data Appears

By default, only nodes are displayed in the top-right column headers.

No schedule times are defined or shown for stops. As a result, the system does not calculate dwell times and time differences for stops.
