About Accrual Generation

OPS Accrual Generation is an add-on product for Trapeze OPS that enables you to calculate how much vacation time, sick time, or other times employees have accrued.

Before you can generate accruals, you must set up OPS Accrual Generation in the Service Shell and Client Shell.

You can then enter ancillary data values that specify how much time employees accrue according to their job classes and years of service, and specify rules for calculating accruals.

After setting up the add-on and required ancillary data, you can generate and undo accruals, and view accrual generation results.
