Overwriting Accrual Balance Records

You can specify whether to save one or multiple accrual records in an accrual year for each employee and type of time (for example, vacation time, sick time).

If you save one record, the system overwrites existing accrual year records if you generate employee accruals more than once during the year.
  1. Select Tools > Properties.
  2. Navigate to the OPS > Accruals > Single Accrual Balance Record property.
    Select the property to specify that only one accrual record can be saved for each employee/accrual type, and year combination. If selected, every new record replaces the previous one. If not selected, you can save multiple records.
  3. Select Save.
