Changing Query Pages

When you run a report, queries are executed in the order of their pages. You can change the order of tabbed query pages, rename query pages, or delete query pages from an SQL report.

  1. In an SQL report, do one of the following:
    • Select Report > Settings
    • Select Settings: Settings
    • On the keyboard, press Ctrl and R.
    The Report Settings dialog appears.
  2. Optional: To move an SQL query, do the following:
    1. In the SQL tab, select a query to move.
      Report Settings
    2. Select Move Up or Move Down until the query is in the desired position.
  3. Optional: To rename a query page, do the following:
    1. On the SQL tab, select the query to rename.
    2. Double-select the query name, or select Change.
    3. Enter the new name and select OK.
  4. Optional: To delete a query page, do the following:
    1. On the SQL tab, select the query page to remove.
    2. Select Remove.
  5. Select Close.
