Severity Options

Select the severity options to be shown in the OPS Sign-In/Off Log and OPS SIT Activities screens.

Status Description
Break Sign-In: Failed (Break not Found) Shows records of employees for whom a break time hasn't been set yet.
Break Sign-In: Successful Shows records of employees who have successfully signed in for a break.
Break Sign-Off: Failed (Already Signed-Off) Shows records of employees who tried to sign off from a break again after an already successful sign-off.
Break Sign-Off: Successful Shows records of employees who have successfully signed off from a break.
Break Sign-Off: Failed (Too Late) Shows records of when employees attempted to sign in too late from a break.
Error: No SIT Parameters Found Shows records of employees who attempted to sign in but whose division or employee type aren't defined in SIT parameters.
Error: System Error Shows records of machine read failure.
Sign-In: Disabled Shows records of instances in which sign-in is disabled. For example, when an invalid badge number was entered or when an employee without assigned work attempted to sign in.
Sign-In: Work Not Found Shows records of when an employee tried to sign in but had no associated work.
Sign-In: Failed (Already Signed-In) Shows records where employees tried to sign-in again after an already successful sign-in.
Sign-In: Failed (Too Early) Shows records of when employees attempted to sign in too early.
Sign-In: Failed (Too Late) Shows records of when employees attempted to sign in too late.
Sign-In: Manual Sign-In from Daily Activity Shows records of employees signed in using the Daily Activity screen.
Sign-In: Second Login Process Timeout Shows records where the second login process had timed out.
Sign-In: Successful Shows successful sign-in records.
Sign-In: Undone from Daily Activity Shows records of employee sign-ins reversed using the Daily Activity screen.
Sign-In: Warning (Not Signed-In Yet) Shows records of employees who haven't signed in yet, as defined by the Log Warning If Not Signed-In parameter in the OPS Sign-In Terminal Parameters screen.
Sign-Off: Failed (Already Signed-Off) Shows records where employees tried to sign-off again after an already successful sign-off.
Sign-Off: Failed (Too Early) Shows records where employees signed off before the shift’s scheduled end time.
Sign-Off: Late Shows records where employees signed off after the shift’s scheduled end time.
Sign-Off: Manual Sign-Off from Daily Activity Shows records of employees signed off using the Daily Activity screen.
Sign-Off: Successful Shows records of successful sign-offs.
Sign-Off: Undone from Daily Activity Shows records of employee sign-ins undone using the Daily Activity screen.
System: Automatic Sign-Off Shows records of employees who were automatically signed off.
System: Work Opened Automatically Shows records where work was opened because of a late sign-in.
